There are a lot of firms and schools offering business training in Ireland. You have to choose the one that is a good match for you and your business. When choosing, there is a checklist of things that you should look out for.

It's important that the teacher to student ratio is low. In small groups, individual attention can be given to each participant. Also, the training sessions become more interactive and the discussions easier to follow.

The topics covered in the course should be relevant to your business. There should be more emphasis on practical courses and the application of learning over teaching soft skills.

Hands on training should be part of the course. After discussion of a certain topic, the students should be required to participate in skill building sessions. Students will not just learn about a certain topic but will have started training on it. The cost of the training should already include reference materials.

After completion of the course, assessment and evaluation should be conducted to see if the training has made the desired improvement on the participants.

As a bonus, some schools offering business training in Ireland include post-course support. One example is access to resource materials after the course has finished. Another example is free or discounted refresher or future additional courses.

Lastly, the people who conduct the training should have the necessary academic qualifications, practical background, and the experience to back up the topics they're teaching. Pick those who are specialists in their field so you can learn from the masters.
